Marketplace Rules

User Eligibility

• Users must be legitimate buyers, sellers, or industry participants.
• All registration information must be accurate and truthful.
• ISP Exchange reserves the right to approve or deny access at its discretion.

Listing Standards

• All listings must be accurate, current, and clearly described.
• Vehicle listings must include year, make, model, mileage, price, and location.
• Route/CSA listings must include state or region, size category, and asking price.
• Incomplete, misleading, or speculative listings will be rejected or removed.

Approval & Moderation

• All listings require admin review before being published.
• User approval does not guarantee listing approval.
• ISP Exchange reserves the right to edit, hide, or remove any listing at any time.

Payments & Fees

• Free and paid (featured) listing options are available.
• Featured listings provide increased visibility but do not guarantee a sale.
• Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is approved and published.

Prohibited Activity

• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or misuse of the platform is prohibited.
• Posting false information or misrepresenting assets is not allowed.
• Attempts to bypass the platform to avoid fees may result in removal.

Transactions & Liability

• ISP Exchange facilitates connections only and is not a broker or party to any transaction.
• Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for due diligence, contracts, and compliance.
• ISP Exchange assumes no liability for transaction outcomes.

Enforcement

• ISP Exchange reserves the right to suspend or remove users or listings at any time.
• Repeated violations may result in permanent removal without notice.
